Cleaning Process
- Our process utilizes specialized equipment and eco-friendly products to thoroughly clean all surfaces; supporting a consistently applied cleaning process utilizing a broad-based surface cleaner.
- All debris, weeds, dirt, mold & mildew and most oil-based stains are removed during this phase of the process.
Sealing Process
- Our sealing product is the “Best in the Industry”, providing long-lasting effects.
- The “shine & sheen” impact of our eco-friendly product is unmatched and easily compared to lower quality products used by our competitors.
- Not interested in a “shine & sheen effect”? That’s ok. We can accommodate with the same quality product with a “natural” look essence.
- We are very generous with the application of product we use. You will not second guess if we used enough.
- Our sealing process is typically completed in one day; eliminating multi day inconvenience.
Sanding (optional)
- If there’s any areas that need extra sand added due to water wash out / rain run off , we will apply using the wet sanding application process.
Restoration Process
Restoration can include two processes:
- Stripping includes utilizing specialized equipment to remove old sealant products in preparation to apply new eco-friendly sealer.
- This is a specialized process outside of the cleaning phase and most likely is used for areas where there has been minimal maintenance or care over time.
- Staining includes changing the colors of your old pavers.
- Why spend the money to replace your old pavers with new when we can simply add new color to your old pavers?
